Pasquale Presa was born in Italy and currently holds dual citizenship with Italy and the United States. He graduated from The Culinary Institute of America with an A.O.S. degree in Culinary Arts in 1996. He has twelve years of hotel experience under his belt, as well as five years experience in working in independent restaurants. He has run the daily operations of restaurants, creating menus and establishing positive working environments amongst his culinary staffs. He has also extensive experience in securing long-term food and business contracts with major coporations. He has worked in the Westin Boston Waterfront, The Sheraton Parsippany and The Sheraton Woodbridge Center. He gives back to his community through his leadership in programs with local culinary schools and local fundraisers. He supports various culinary federations and internship programs, both domestic and foreign.
